About This Project

After moving into their new office space, Static Control quickly discovered one significant issue: excessive indoor humidity. Systems Contractors conducted a comprehensive evaluation and determined that the rooftop HVAC units were oversized for the building. As a result, the systems cycled on and off too frequently, preventing them from running long enough to effectively remove moisture from the air.

Our team presented several solutions to the owner, including replacing the oversized equipment with properly sized units. After carefully evaluating the options, we implemented a more efficient approach by installing a dedicated outdoor air system that conditions and dehumidifies incoming fresh air before it enters the building.

By controlling humidity at its source, we were able to create a balanced indoor environment with consistent comfort levels, improved air quality, and optimal relative humidity throughout the facility.
