Ronald J. Pitts, P.E., LEED AP, President of Systems Contractors, is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company, including overseeing the construction, service, and controls divisions. As President, he is also very involved in sales efforts and engineering of construction projects, which allows him to interface regularly with clients and Team Members.

Ronald joined Systems Contractors in 2007 as a co-owner and in 2021 became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when Systems Contractors joined the Fidelity BSG portfolio of companies. Before Systems Contractors, Ronald was a Commercial Sales Engineer for Trane. He has over 20 years of industry experience, focusing on company management, sales, and engineering projects.

A graduate of North Carolina State University, Ronald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a Professional Engineering license and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Michael C. Lemnios, P.E., is the Vice President of Mechanical Contracting at Systems Contractors. Michael has operational and financial responsibility for the organization’s contracting projects and oversees project management, prefabrication/warehouse, and field operations. Additionally, Michael establishes and promotes safety standards for the wellbeing of Team Members and the customers who occupy their workspaces. In 2021, Michael became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when Systems Contractors joined Fidelity BSG’s portfolio of companies.

Michael began his industry career as a Plant Engineer and joined Systems Contractors in 2007 as a co-owner. His 30 years of engineering experience ensures projects are designed, executed, and delivered to exceed client expectations.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and holds a Professional Engineering license.

Kevin L. Waters, P.E., is the Vice President of Business Development at Systems Contractors. Kevin is responsible for sales across all departments, including Service, Controls, and Contracting. In 2021, Kevin became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when Systems Contractors joined Fidelity BSG’s portfolio of companies.

Kevin began his career with Systems Contractors in 2007 as a co-owner. Before joining the team, he was a Sales Engineer at Trane. Kevin has been a part of the HVAC/Mechanical industry for over 25 years and his experience has contributed to System Contractors’ success and growth.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He holds a Professional Engineering and North Carolina HVAC license.
